    Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received the letter from the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (44504291) and the date (10/11/1444 AH), in which reference is made to the letter of the General Authority for Ports No. (1/31/70/23920) and the date (9/22/1444 AH), Which includes the authority’s circular No. (4) for the year 2023 AD, based on what was received from the Saudi Organization for Standardization, Metrology, and Quality in letter No. (4257) dated (9/15/1444 AH) Refer to the Saudi standard specification for the Saudi Standard for Fuel Economy (Saudi CAEF) for light vehicles added to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (2021-2023 AD) Attached are (21) vehicle manufacturing companies that did not commit to submitting the supply plan for the year 2023 AD within the specified time frame, and a request to prevent the entry of new light vehicles whose weight does not exceed (3.5) tons. Incoming from these companies temporarily until these companies submit their supply plan for the year 2023 AD, starting from April 2023 AD, and the list will be published in the electronic portal for energy efficiency (www.sls.gov.sa), or via the rapid response (QR) code. below, and updated periodically based on the response of the companies, and the Authority wishes to circulate to all shipping agents and all operating companies operating in ports.​
